Traditional wet pulping consumes a lot of water and causes high pollution. Malaysian customers contacted Kowloon Machinery and planned to upgrade the technology and introduce an environmentally friendly dry pulping production line to efficiently convert waste cardboard into recycled pulp, reduce water consumption and improve resource utilization.
Malaysian customers visited our factory and focused on the environmental protection and cost control of dry pulping. Customers watched the trial demonstration of the double-shaft shredder and heavy-duty hammer grinder on site. The customer was highly satisfied with the stability of the equipment in handling cardboard and the quality of the finished product, and signed a purchase contract.
After the equipment arrived at the project site by sea, our engineer immediately went to the Malaysian project site to guide the installation and provide the Malaysian team with full-process operation training, covering equipment maintenance, intelligent control systems and troubleshooting.
