As an important industrial country in the European Union, Romania produces more than 1.5 million tons of scrap metal annually. Traditional landfill or export processing costs are high and do not comply with EU environmental regulations. In order to increase metal recovery rates and reduce carbon emissions, local recycling companies plan to introduce high-efficiency shredding equipment to process scrap metal into high-purity fragments for local steel mills and the recycling resource market.
Romanian customers visited Kowloon Machinery and watched the JLSS2000 metal shredder test run in the workshop. The double-axis shearing design can process various metals such as automobile shells and steel plates. The equipment has good quality, high efficiency and good shredding effect. The customer was very satisfied with the equipment and signed a purchase agreement for a complete machine on the same day. Our company completed the equipment manufacturing and shipped it smoothly within the date specified in the contract. After the equipment arrived at the Port of Constanta by sea, our engineers went to Romania to complete the installation. After the equipment was put into production, the customer’s metal recovery efficiency was greatly improved and the processing cost was saved.
