Preliminary classification and sorting of waste paper raw materials to remove impurities, plastics, metals and other non-paper materials. The sorted waste paper is sent to the shredder to be torn into smaller pieces. The shredded waste paper pieces are sent to the pulverizer to separate the waste paper fibers and make dry pulp. Finally, the dry pulp is baled for easy storage and transportation. The entire production line has a high degree of automation, which can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
